Depending on donor availability, jurisdiction, and program requirements, intended parents may have access to different donor identity arrangements.
Personal identifying information is not shared as part of the donation process. Intended parents may still receive approved non-identifying information such as medical and family history, photos, screening information, education, and other profile details.
Open-ID donors also remain non-identifying during the donation process. However, they agree that identifying information may later be made available to a donor-conceived person upon request after reaching adulthood, subject to applicable laws and program terms.
